Delivery Policy

Prices listed for products do not include the cost of freight. This is added on the checkout page of The Bee Hive website and will be confirmed before the order is placed and payment processed.

Due to the increase petrol tax courier companies are policing rural delivery charges.
If the item is delivered to a rural property and has NO rural sticker on the item The Bee Hive is  then invoiced for the amount.
We encourage our customers to be honest and to add the rural charge to their order when the item has be picked from our product list.
The rural delivery charge can be found at the start of every product list, we do not want to be in the position of not filling an order due to no rural delivery payment, or having to send you a account for the $5.00 amount.
We would also like to point out that we try very hard to keep our courier charges down and not to use them as an income stream.
The Bee Hive appreciates your help with this matter.

Goods will not be delivered to a Customer until payment for the order has been received in full. This will only be following confirmation by our bank that payment in full has been accepted. For credit card and direct credit payment, this is generally within 24 hours of order acceptance.

You should receive your order within 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will be sent an email informing you that your order has been dispatched.

The Bee Hive shall use its best endeavours to deliver the Goods to the delivery address as specified by the Customer in an acceptable quality and in a timely basis. 

The Bee Hive will not be liable in any way or under any circumstance for any delays in the delivery of the Goods.
